JPMAM replaces Flanders with economic adviser to the Chancellor

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) has appointed Karen Ward as chief market strategist for UK and Europe, replacing Stephanie Flanders who left in June.

Ward is chair of the council of economic advisers for the Chancellor of the Exchequer, which involves advising on fiscal strategy and Brexit. She will be based in London, reporting to US-based chief global strategist David Kelly, and will start shortly after the Autumn Budget later this year.
