Janus Henderson builds distribution team with two new roles

Strengthening Europe and LatAm capabilities

Janus Henderson has appointed Steven de Vries and Ignacio de la Maza into two newly created senior roles within the group's wholesale and global distribution teams.

Effective from 1 July, Steven de Vries, is head of global financial institutions, while Ignacio de la Maza, has been appointed head of continental Europe wholesale & Latin America. De la Maza wil also continue to manage sales for Latin America and Iberia, and its seven-strong team. The group said the new hires strengthen the footprint of Janus Henderson Investors across continental Europe and Latin America in key areas of global relationships and wholesale.
