LGIM hires JPMAM's Chinnery as head of DC client solutions

Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Simon Chinnery to the newly created role of head of DC client solutions.

He will report to Chris DeMarco, head of institutional client management and strategy, and Emma Douglas, head of DC. Chinnery (pictured) has worked in the asset management industry for 30 years, having most recently worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as head of UK DC. Prior to this, he was head of the UK institutional business at ABN Ambro, and has also held roles at Schroder Investment Management and Gartmore Investment Management.
