Electra non-exec steps down from board as shake-up continues

Electra Private Equity has seen another departure from its board, one week after Edward Bramson became interim chief executive.

Josyane Gold has sat on the board of the trust as a non-executive director since 2013 and was also a founder of private equity specialist SJ Berwin. Neil Johnson, chairman, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Josyane for her important contribution. We are sorry to see her go and wish her well for the future."
