EDRAM unveils UK Synergy fund; registers trio of funds for UK

Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has launched a UK equity fund and registered three additional funds for sale in the UK, Investment Week can reveal.

The new UK fund will invest across the whole spectrum of the UK equity market, aiming to generate consistent outperformance over a complete business cycle. It draws upon the selection of stocks potentially targeted in takeover deals, as well as companies that may benefit from restructuring opportunities. The new product will be managed by Philippe Lecoq and Olivier Huet, who have worked together for 12 years, following the same investment process as the existing €1.4bn Europe Synergy fund managed by the same duo.
