Candriam unveils eight-strong fund range for UK wholesale market

European asset manager Candriam is launching its investment capabilities into the UK for the first time with a range of eight funds run by the group's in-house team and affiliate boutiques.

The group, part of the New York Life Company, is promoting a range of funds including emerging market, high yield, SRI and US equity mandates to the UK wholesale market, following several appointments on its distribution team over the past six months. Former Fidelity veteran Chris Davies (pictured) was hired as head of UK and Ireland distribution in October last year, while Derek Brander was recruited from Natixis as head of UK wholesale.
