HSBC GAM to launch passives-focused multi-asset range

HSBC Global Asset Management is to launch a multi-asset fund range, mainly using passive investment vehicles but with the flexibility to opt for actively-managed funds.

Investing across global equities, global bonds and global property securities in developed and emerging markets, the three risk-rated HSBC Global Strategy funds will managed by Jane Davies, co-manager of the HSBC World Index Portfolio range, supported by senior product specialist, Meike Bliebenicht. The funds - named HSBC Global Strategy Cautious Portfolio, the HSBC Global Strategy Balanced Portfolio and the HSBC Global Strategy Dynamic Portfolio - will be available from 16 October and will have an ongoing charge of between 0.17% and 0.2%.
