Neptune head of UK wholesale exits in reshuffle

Neptune Investment Management's head of UK wholesale Adam Hughes has exited the group following a restructure of the business, Investment Week understands.

Hughes, who has been at Neptune since August 2005, was made head of UK wholesale in May 2012. However, his role has now been scrapped after a major review of the business. Neptune has split its sales force to focus on UK discretionary wealth managers, UK strategic partnerships and advisers, and the Swiss and Benelux wholesale markets, with a number of internal changes made to help the group focus on the three channels.
