Threadneedle appoints head of UK wholesale

Threadneedle Investments has named Alastair Caw as head of UK wholesale, replacing Gary Collins.

Caw (pictured), previously head of UK discretionary, takes on the role following Collins' promotion to head of EMEA sales, wholesale, earlier this year. Caw will now be responsible for leading Threadneedle's UK wholesale distribution, reporting to Collins. "We have a very strong wholesale distribution team in place and we are focused on serving our clients and partnering with them to deliver effective solutions against a backdrop of continuing change in the industry and a challenging investment landscape," said Collins.
