T. Rowe poaches AllianceBernstein's Husain as bond head

T. Rowe Price has hired Arif Husain, director of European fixed income and UK and portfolio management at AllianceBernstein, as its new head of international fixed income.

Husain will lead the firm's international/global fixed income investment team in his new role, which will begin at the end of August. He will succeed Ian Kelson. Husain will also take on portfolio management responsibilities in his new position which will be based in London, following an appropriate transition period. He has 18 years of investment experience and was responsible for management of the EMEA fixed income business at AllianceBernstein.
