Former England batsman Paul Collingwood is suing Sigma Wealth Management, accusing the company of losing over £300,000 through risky investments.
Collingwood and his wife claim they invested more than £650,000 with Sigma WM, only for their savings to be put into "high risk and unregulated investments", according to the Sunday Times. In a High Court writ, the pair claim this was done against their instructions. They are claiming their money back with interest from Sigma, now in liquidation, and its managing director Roderick Langham, the paper reports. Langham denies the allegations.
