Liontrust is to launch low-cost share classes aimed at wealth managers across Jan Luthman and Stephen Bailey's Macro fund range, as part of an administration change which will also see the group drop Capita as its authorised fund manager.
The new share classes - which have an AMC of 0.75% - will be launched for the group's CF Liontrust Macro Equity Income and CF Liontrust Macro UK Growth funds, managed by Luthman, Bailey and Jamie Clark. Liontrust is the latest group to offer funds with an AMC of 0.75%, stripping out the trail commission and platform fees, as fund houses transition their businesses towards commission-free models.
