JPM poaches Aberdeen fixed income head McKenzie

Charles McKenzie, the head of fixed income, EMEA, for Aberdeen has joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

McKenzie has taken on the role of head of client portfolio management EMEA, on the global fixed income desk, leading a team of 15. He reports to Bob Michele, the global chief investment officer within JPM's global fixed income and currency group. His responsibilities include client management, product design and new business development in the EMEA region. Before joining Aberdeen, McKenzie was head of UK fixed income at Deutsche Asset Management.
