Artemis hires third manager for Global Select fund

Artemis has hired former M&G fund manager Rosanna Burcheri to run its newly launched Global Select fund alongside Simon Edelsten and Alex Illingworth.

Burcheri will join the firm on 3 October from FrontPoint Management, where she was a partner and pan-European fund manager. Burcheri previously worked at Paribas Asset Management, M&G, and the Shell pension fund over the course of a 14-year fund management career. The hire completes a global equity team that was formed earlier this year with the hire of Simon Edelsten and Alex Illingworth from Taube Hodson Stonex and Mirabaud respectively.
