Legal & General Investment Management has named Mark Zinkula as the group's new chief executive.
Zinkula, former global head of fixed income at Aegon Asset Management, has been CEO of Legal & General Investment Management America since 2008. Zinkula, who will report to Legal & General's chief executive Tim Breedon, replaces the interim CEO Kevin Gregory. Breedon says the appointment signals the group's commitment to expand into international markets while retaining its domestic position.
