Trustnet launches automated funds news service

Trustnet has launched Fundswire, an automated funds news service for advisers and their clients covering unit trusts, Oeics and investment trusts.

TrustnetFundswire, which is a free service, highlights changes in fund ratings from a number of ratings organisations including S&P and OBSR, as well as Trustnet’s own Alpha ratings. It updates advisers on manager moves, significant changes to the top 10 holdings or asset allocation. There are alerts to highlight the latest fund manager commentaries on portfolios, as well as broader market or economic comments. Advisers are able to select a function to create alerts on relative peer group performance within a sector, highlighting when a fund is significantly under- or outperforming. ...
