Gary Potter - Thames River While we will review our holding in Schroder Income Maximiser, I do not think it is time for panic. These things happen. While Purves and Lance have left, Schroders has a strong value-driven process and a solid UK team. As for Kirrage and Murphy, we have been pretty impressed with them to be honest. But as I said, it is a strong team, with Richard Buxton and Errol Francis and the like, as well as an established process.
