Your High Income fund recently tipped over £10bn, what did you make of the milestone? I remember a number of anniversaries on the way, even when it was £500m and then £1bn. But I have been here for a very long time, so I have been able to get used to it and adapt. I think if somebody parachuted in from outside, they may think ‘God that's a lot of money’, but the fact is I have had over 22 years to get used to it, I have grown with it.
