Martin Currie hires global equities managers

Martin Currie has added two new fund managers to its global equities team.

Christine Montgomery and Neil Robson join the team, which is headed by CIO James Fairweather and manages $4.6bn of assets. Montgomery will have responsibility for EAFE and ACWI ex-US mandates, while Robson will work with the team to manage Martin Currie's global strategies. Joining from Edinburgh Partners, Montgomery was responsible for managing segregated institutional accounts totalling $742m.
