Stewart Cowley has been appointed as manager of the Old Mutual Global Strategic Bond and Old Mutual Dynamic Bond funds. Cowley joined Old Mutual Asset Managers earlier this month and there had been speculation a fund may be launched for him. It is understood the change will see Richard Stevens, current manager of Global Strategic Bond, become part of Cowley's team. He will also run a number of institutional mandates.
