The judging panel on Investment Week's Investment Trust of the Year awards starts picking the winners across 11 categories from 23 October. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held at the Savoy in London on 18 November. Those short-listed have been sent questionnaires that must be returned to the panel by 22 October. The judges are Nick Greenwood of Iimia, independent consultants Peter Metcalfe and Robert Ottley and Derek Larcombe of Morgan Stanley Quilter, along with Investment Week editor Mark Colegate.
