The Templeton investment approach has been unaltered for more than 50 years but has yet to establish itself fully in the UK retail market. Besides Franklin Templeton's emerging markets star Mark Mobius, perhaps the group's best known manager is Ken Cox, who runs a range of European funds, as well as the £86.5m Templeton Growth portfolio.
