The offer period for the Invesco UK Property Income trust, which will be 50% invested in the industrial property sector, will run until 11 October 2004. The UK Property Income Trust is managed by Invesco Real Estate, which is part of Amvescap. Andy Rofe, director of UK fund management at Invesco Real Estate, believes the business, industrial and office property sectors will provide the most attractive yields.
