The Hartford's unit-linked investment bond Hartford Gold, which launches on 7 April, will be available through five Gold Portfolios with 37 underlying funds from six fund management firms. Funds from Barclays, Fidelity, Invesco Perpetual, Investec, New Star and Schroders all feature on the range and investors can either choose one of the portfolios developed for the firm by Ibbotson Associates or have intermediaries make asset allocation decisions on their behalf.
