Retail sales continued to grow through the Isa season, with sales in February more than three times that of last February's figures and up 42% over January. Investment funds under management in February continued to grow for the fifth consecutive month rising to £246bn, up 1% on the previous month and 32% on the year. Isa funds under management also saw a surge upwards, of 44%, from February 2003. Net Isa sales rose 14% from January to £210m.
