Scottish Widows is to create a range of more focused geographical funds in a programme of rationalisations during the remainder of the year. The funds, designed with the intermediary community in mind, will be UK Select Growth, American Select Growth, Japan Select Growth, Global Select Growth and European Select Growth, with each having a more concentrated portfolio than the group's mainstream funds.
