Bryn Jones has joined Rathbone Unit Trust Management to run the £39m Ethical Bond fund. He will work alongside Julian Chillingworth, chief investment officer, for a handover period before taking full control. Jones joined Rathbones from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers where he spent five years as a fixed income portfolio manager in a team running $2.7bn of fixed income assets. Jones replaces Luke Hickmore, who has co-managed the Ethical Bond fund since launch in May 2002 with Chillingworth. Hickmore is moving to Edinburgh to pursue a career as a credit strategist.
