Given the complexity of Isas, it is unlikely the Government's standards alone will attract investors, says Rob Merrick The problem is the perceived and actual complexity of the beast. The possible number of Isa permutations, offering Cat and non-Cat investments within each of the three components, involving both maxi and mini formats, runs well into three figures.
