Blue Sky Asset Management has rolled out what it believes is a low-risk structured product on the back of last week's base rate cut. The fund is offering an 8% annual growth potential - but the plan has only a 10-day offer period. With rates predicted to fall further, Blue Sky warned investors could suffer from negative interest rates.
