The FSA has issued a warning to Isa investors to beware of investing in fund of hedge funds and taking big brand names on trust as strong performers. The authority issued a consumer alert last week, entitled Exotic Isas, advising consumers to be careful what they put their money into. Christine Farnish, FSA director of consumer relations, said: "For many consumers, an Isa is a core investment which represents a high proportion of their annual savings.
