Aegon is urging the FSA to reform conduct of business rules to enable consumers to make use of portable fact-finds as they move between the stages of financial advice. In work for the Chartered Insurance Institute, the group laid out blueprints for five new advice and distribution models. These included a financial 'guru' for holistic advice, a financial coach to assist with planning and motivation and a drop-in centre to address specific needs.
