Investors in the NDFA House Price Secure Growth Plan are set to make a return of 70% as the product nears the end of its five-and-a-half-year term. The structured product, which launched in 2002 and matures next month, gives investors 100% capital protection and 100% of the rise of the Halifax House Price index. The final index level is averaged over the final year.
