Smaller-company exposure has added the most to performance on the Rensburg UK Managers' Focus trust since launch a year ago. The fund is made up of 50 best-ideas stocks selected by the firm's four equity managers, and Stuart Sharp's small-cap portion has contributed most to performance. Chief executive of the fund management business, David Acfield, said: "The smaller-companies portion has been doing very well and small caps do tend to bounce back quicker."
