Allianz Global Investors is revamping its fund range ahead of the launch of its Bric Stars vehicle on 22 February. Subject to approval at an EGM on 1 February, the firm plans to widen the investment powers of three bond portfolios, rename and restructure the Allianz RCM Tiger fund and give its UK range the ability to make investments overseas. All branded Allianz Pimco, UK Corporate Bond, Gilt Yield and Sterling Total Return will be allowed to use derivatives to a limited extent while remaining within existing risk profiles.
