Insight has bucked a growing market trend by seeking to convert one of its fund of funds from a non-Ucits retail scheme (Nurs) to Ucits III, finding the latter's flexibility more appealing. Of the six funds of funds teams contacted by Investment Week just two said their portfolios are structured as Ucits III vehicles with the remainder opting to use Nurs structures.
