Future growth projections for non-stakeholder Standard Life with-profits policies will fall by up to 0.75% per year under the FSA's realistic reporting regime. As FSA guidance requires mutuals to reserve against any guarantees on such policies, Standard Life will apply a charge to protect with-profits policyholders in non-guaranteed policies from bearing the costs of this. Charges will be 0.75% per year on the group's 4% Guaranteed fund and 0.5% on the 0% Guaranteed Growth fund.
