Online stockbroker Comdirect has added a Sipp dealing account to its telephone and online brokerage offering. The self dealing account enables customers to invest in a range of UK and international equities, unit trusts, investment trusts, exchange traded funds and gilts for a flat transaction fee of £12.50. John Glendinning, managing director of Comdirect, said the service would aid the process of increasing awareness of pension investment at a time when there is serious under-investment in personal pensions.
