Rupert Della-Porta will head up US large-cap equities at the F&C Asset Management group, which comes into being this week following the merger of F&C and Isis. Della-Porta, who worked at Aberdeen before joining F&C, is part of a 13-strong global equities team headed up by Jeremy Tigue, manager of the Foreign & Colonial investment trust. Della-Porta takes charge of a team of US equity fund managers, comprising Sarah Fong, Niall Kirk and Tim Maunderson-Taylor.
