Shareholders in the Framlington Second Dual Investment Trust who rollover into one of the group's fund options when the trust winds up later this year, will pay the equivalent to the creation price plus 1%. Ordinary shareholders, who will receive around 6.85p per share when the trust liquidates, will have the option to take units in the Framlington Gilt fund or receive cash. Holders of zero dividend preference shares, which currently have an estimated entitlement of 158.69p, have the additional option of rolling over into accumulation units in the Framlington Absolute Growth fund.
