The number of credit downgrades issued by Standard & Poor's for European companies has dropped compared with its peak in the fourth quarter of 2002, but the number of upgrades is yet to rise, a report released by the ratings agency said. Gledhill fund reaches more than £100m in assets The New Star High Yield Bond fund, run by James Gledhill, reached its first anniversary on 14 October and now has assets in excess of £100m. The portfolio has returned 17.91% on a total return basis, offer to offer, according to the group. As of 30 September, the fund had a gross redemption yield of 6.39%. ...
