Jupiter Eastern European manager Elena Shaftan will be going on maternity leave at the end of April, leaving the day-to-day running of the fund to Ingrid Kukulijan. Shaftan will continue to oversee the fund while on leave and plans to return to the group at the end of June. Kukulijan will be aided by Leon Howard-Spink, who has been support manager to the Eastern European team for five years.
