Aon is offering a free complaints adjudication service to clients of its consultancy arm. The group's Adjudication Services, targeted at trustees and occupational pension scheme members, aims to help resolve disputes and appeals raised under a pension scheme's complaints procedure. The service includes a guide explaining the procedures that must be undertaken once an adjudicator has been appointed and how decisions are reached.
