The Pensions Trust has app-ointed Standard Life Investments to manage a £75m segregated sterling corporate bond portfolio. The appointment follows a comprehensive evaluation pro-cess involving a number of investment houses, and is on a wholly discretionary basis. Craig MacDonald, investment director, fixed income, at Standard Life Investments, is responsible for managing the sterling corporate bond portfolio, which will aim to outperform the iBoxx Non-Gilt index.
