Invesco Perpetual is offering a 2% discount on its UK and European equity and fixed income Isas until the end of the tax year. The move comes as the group launches its combined logo and brand and has completed the rationalisation of its offshore ranges. Invesco Perpetual now has 65 offshore funds and is beginning the process of rationalising its onshore range. Invesco Perpetual is to hold an EGM for all unitholders in its merging unit trust ranges on 19 October to get the formal go-ahead to merge the former Invesco and Perpetual ranges.
