Raj Hallen is returning to Premier's multi-manager team after two years as strategic fund partnerships manager at Skandia. He previously held a five-year tenure as a senior portfolio manager at Premier and returns to the pooled funds team as investment specialist, reporting to David Hambidge. Hallen's responsibilities were absorbed by Ian Rees and Simon Evan-Cook after his departure, as part of Premier's team approach to running mandates.
