New Star is to offer enhanced initial commission of 5% to IFAs investing in its fund of funds range via the Cofunds platform. The offer runs from 4 January to 29 April and normal initial commission is 3%. Meanwhile, the names of three flagship funds are to change, effective from 20 December. The New Star Fund of Funds Portfolio is to become Balanced Portfolio, while Performance Portfolio becomes Active Portfolio. The Global Growth fund is now to be called the Tactical Portfolio.
