NDFA is offering its first income structured product since last June, giving annual payments of 8.25% over a five-year term. Its Fixed Income or Growth Plan also offers monthly payments of 0.66% over the period or a one-off amount at 45% at maturity. The product is linked to the FTSE 100 and Dow Jones EuroStoxx 50 and offers 50% downside protection. If that is breached and the indices fail to recover, capital is lost on a one for one basis.
