Singer & Friedlander intends to launch a guaranteed stock market Dublin Isa with a yield of 8.25% over five years on 6 September, writes Jane Wallace. The Isa is linked to the Eurostoxx 50 Index and offers a growth option of 145% of original capital invested or a quarterly income option of 2%. The offer period lasts until 1 October. Commission for IFAs is 3% initial. The product is structured as a reverse convertible with a 'precipice' feature. Income or growth returns are guaranteed but the Isa is not capital protected.
