Property is worth considering for investors who no longer have a large investment in their homes and are seeking stable, regular returns, according to Henderson director of public property markets Chris Turner. The bond-like stream of income from property rental can be used to give annuity-style returns and both income and capital return are very steady in comparison to gilts and equities, he said.
