Fund of funds provider Focus Capital is bringing its Emerging World absolute return vehicle to the UK to be distributed by Harrington Cooper. The vehicle employs a multi-asset class fund of funds approach of about 100 underlying portfolio managers. CIO John Cleary said: "We recognise the volatility of emerging markets and hope to achieve risk-adjusted absolute returns on a 12-month basis." Despite running emerging market funds of funds for over 20 years, this is the first time it will be made available to the retail market, aimed at professional investors including other fund of funds...
